Warranty

BAT WARRANTY.

At R+H Cricket, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every bat we make. All R+H Cricket bats include a 12-month warranty covering genuine manufacturing faults and major structural failures.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will always assess the bat fairly and do our best to repair and assist wherever possible. If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will either replace the bat or provide store credit at our discretion.

✓ Covered Under Warranty:
✓ Handle failures due to manufacturing faults
✓ Major blade breaks
✓ Clean snaps caused by manufacturing faults
✓ Structural issues determined to be workmanship related

✗ Not Covered Under Warranty:
✗ Shoulder cracks
✗ Toe cracks or toe damage
✗ Edge cracking from general use
✗ Water damage
✗ Damage caused by misuse or poor maintenance
✗ General wear and tear

Important:
Any repairs or modifications completed by anyone other than R+H Cricket will void the warranty immediately.

Even if the damage is not covered under warranty, we are always happy to inspect the bat and help with repairs wherever possible.

SOFT GEAR WARRANTY.

All R+H Cricket soft gear products include a 3-month warranty covering genuine manufacturing faults. This applies to items including batting pads, gloves, thigh pads, arm guards, and other protective equipment.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused through improper care or usage. If a fault is determined to be manufacturing related, we will repair, replace, or offer store credit at our discretion.
